That long, long posponed alteration....
This merino wool -olive green Cardigan is mine and I knitted around 3 years ago and hardly wore it.
I never liked the plain band around the neck. A collar was badly need it, but I kept posponing until last week.
Also it was a tag short, so it need a mayor alteration.
A small yoke I add in the shoulders, which required full unpicking of the sleeves and shoulders.
Luckily I kept the left over. This way it grew a bit, just to the hip bone, where I wanted originaly (some calculations went wrong)
But with some hours of effort......here it is just the way I wanted!

pretty lace sample for a scarf- specially for Pilito
Just a small sample (wrong yarn), but enough to see and imagine how beautiful could be in a soft merino and a bit of mohair.

My badly needed Knitting Bag!
Just finish making this bag so I could carry my knitting Project and some tools of the trade.
It' s perfect for those travelling hours. Because I knit even on holidays
I put all kind of pockets and patches to hide it all.
Here it is the inside
Soon I will be making another one for Olga, one of my knitting friends. Will be a perfect Christmas gift., which reminds me of the many things I have to prepare and only 11 weeks to go.

just finish!
Getting ready some Christmas gifts, this Tote Bag will be perfect for Tracey or Pixi.
And it was so easy to make!
The lining in silk, has 2 pockets and the bottom is padded which is perfect to keep the shape of the bag.
2 Rings hold the strap and a small toogle controls the rod string cord.
This bag was made in for parts in a thick suede yarn with needles number 5

leftovers!
another one for Nilsa
When my friend saw my red one she look so exited so here we went to the shops for more wool hahaha
Also red, but a tone darker than mine and at her own expense this time. And I ask her to choose also another one for Neville, her boyfriend so he could have a new sweater too.
She decide on this pattern, but in a deeper blue.
I forgot to take a picture of it, but she promised she would take the pic hersef to replace this one.
I did not charge her for the knitting, of course.
The pleassure was really mine for let me knit them.
But the way is Nilsa, now I am in debt with her forever.
She invited me to go to Sydney with her and our other friend Olga for 3 days with accomodation for 2 nights in a 4* apartment, paid in full.
We had the time of our life!
This 2 sweaters must be the most expensive she ever had to pay hahaha
I will have to keep knitting more for her!
Here Nev with his blue sweter. Nil says he loves it and he' s wearing it to death.
and this red for me!
Now is John' s turn
