Convertible Bag with shopping bag, Granny Squares Bag, Star Sewing Box, Cats Table runner Quilt

Things are getting in track at home. I love to return to my routine. 
I made this cute Bag with many compartments-4 pockets and a Shopping Bag hiding  inside .

Las cosas se estan normalizando en casa. Amo este retorno a mi rutina.
Hice este simpatico Bolsito de 4 compartimientos-4 bolsillos y un Bolso de Compras Escondido adentro.

 

This Granny' s Bag belongs to Ira. She is very keen to learn Crochet and here is her first project (with a bit of my help)

And I nearly forgot about a gif I made for our friend Charlie. He is mad about cats so I made a Table runner Quilt for his table.

Y casi olvido el regalo que hice para nuestro amigo Charlie. El es un fanatico de gatos asi que le hice un caminero Quilt para su mesa.

 

 

My Blue Cardigan is nearly ready and I got many more things in mind to do. I wish I have more hours in the day!

NSW Fires, Cotton Cardigan, Convertible Bag, Dolls Club Fair, Patchwork Bread Bag, Chipitas

The last 10 days were difficult times for many people who live  no too far from us. Terrible fires that left thousands without homes! For us and others who live on the coast line we did not have the flames

just an unbearable smoke, specially for Jimmy who suffers from asthma. We lock ourselves and had this type of view from the deck-the picture was early in the morning, about 6.30am.- a red sun and the rest all dark grey.

Los ultimos 10 dias fueron muy dificiles para mucha gente que vive no tan lejos nuestro. Fuegos terribles que dejaron a miles sin hogares! Para nosotros y otros que viven en la costa no hemos tenido llamaradas pero si una humareda insoportable, especialmente para Jimmy que sufre de asma.

Nos pasamos encerrados y teniamos esta clase de vista desde el deck- esta foto fue una de las mañanas alrededor de las 6.30- un sol rojo y todo el resto gris oscuro.

 

 

 

But I did have a very enjoyable time knitting this cotton cardigan for Judy.

Knitting is always a balm in worrying  times, sure.

Pero pase muy entretenida tejiendo este cardigan de algodon para Judy.

Tejer es siempre un balsamo en tiempos de preocupaciones, seguro.

I had some sewing projects as well... but my sewing room was a chaos so some tidy up first!

So now is easier .......

 

This is a Convertible Bag. One moment is little, about 25cm square. And another moment is transform in a 50cm square, perfect for shopping time.

Este es un Bolso Convertible.Un momento es pequeño, alrededor de 25cm cuadrado. Y otro momento se transforma en 50cm cuadrado, perfecto para horas de compras.

 

 

 

 

 

An open end zipper will help to secure when is a small bag.

Sunday 20th was the Dolls Club Fair. Successful  as every year, lots of people selling and buying dolls, bears, and anything in between.

El domingo 20 fue la Feria del Club de las Muñecas. Exitosa como cada año, mucha gente vendiendo y comprando muñecas, ositos y de todo entre ambos. 

 

 

And the last thing, this patchwork bread bag to for Nilsa.

 

These fabrics I already used for other little things for her.

Estas telas ya use antes para otras cositas para ella.

 

 

She invited us yesterday for afternoon tea, so I made "chipitas" a sort of cheese  mini breads.

All in the bag and there we went.

Nos invito para un te ayer, asi que hice "chipitas" una especie de pancitos de queso.
