Many thanks to all my friends who left messages for the lost of my friend Judy.

Kind words like yours are a balm to the soul.

 

Early last week Jimmy and I went to Sydney to help our son Henry in his shop.

Long hours of driving and things to do, but most enjoyable!

The next day  I tidied up my sewing room.

I couldn't  possibly  make any sewing before that, the room was impenetrable!

Muchas gracias a todas mis amigas que dejaron mensajes por la perdida de mi amiga Judy.

Palabras amables como las vuestras son un balsam para el alma.

 

Al empezar la semana pasada Jimmy y yo fuimos a Sydney a ayudar a nuestro hijo Henry en su negocio. Largas horas en el auto y mucho que hacer, pero lo disfrutamos todo!

Al dia siguiente ordene mi taller de costura. Imposible que iniciara ninguna costura antes que eso,

la habitacion era impenetrable!

 

 

 

 

Henry was planning to through this 2 small white bookcases so I ask him for them and here they are holding fabrics and sewing threat cones. He also gave me this new laptop so I can listen nice music while I work- very generous of him!

Henry estaba por tirar estos 2 pequeños estantes asi que se los pedi y aqui estan con telas y conos de hilos de coser. Tambien me regalo esta nueva laptop para escuchar linda musica mientras trabajo- muy generoso de su parte!

 

After all the tidy up I was ready for sewing since I have this bag in mind.

In the Mental Health Centre where I teach Craft there are quite a few ladies getting very serious

in sewing small things like Kaylene. She made this 2 Phone Pouches.

En el Centro de Salud Mental donde enseño Manualidades hay varias que estan tomando muy en serio la costura de pequeñas cositas como Kaylele. Ella hizo estos 2 Porta Celulares.

Judy

A member of the family, a friend, a great person left us heart broken.
Judy and her husband Wayne were always the ideal couple. Both dedicated to each other
and both were very much loved by everyone.
Judy was the perfect hostess, great cook, gardener-a true Home Lady and a great knitter between many other abilities. She was also a professional Pharmacist.  
I have to ask Wayne to let me finish for him some of her unfinished jumpers.
Last October when we visited them she showed  me a full cupboard of them.
I will miss Judy forever.

nos ha dejado a todos muy desconsolados.
Judy y su esposo Wayne han sido siempre la pareja ideal. Ambos dedicados uno al otro
y ambos muy queridos por todos.
Judy era la perfecta anfitriona,una gran cocinera, jardirera- una autentica Señora de su Hogar
y una gran tejedora entre muchas otras habilidades. Tambien era una Pharmacista professional.
Tengo que pedirle a Wayne que me deje terminar para el algunos de los sueters que ella dejo.
En Octubre pasado cuando los visitamos ella me mostro un armario lleno de ellos.
Extrañare a Judy para siempre.

My latest cardigan I knitted in the beautiful Japanese wool-gift from Chizuko- is done!
Is so warm, light and soft. It took less than 300 gr. I love it! Thanks Chizuko from the bottom of my heart.
