Soon to be Christmas. Angels to give away

Christmas is so close and lots of my planned crafts were altered because I felt sick with laryngitis.
I am having days of doing nothing and feeling sorry for myself-which is not my usual way. Poor Jimmy who is dealing with this. He makes me lots of cups of teas all day long-all kind of herbals to see that my  throat feels better.
He even prepares some of the meals like these snacks  ready on the kitchen table.
God gave me not just a wonderful husband,
He gave me an ANGEL.

La Navidad esta acercandose rapidamente y muchos de mis planes artesanos se han alterado porque me enferme con laringitis. Estoy pasando dias sin hacer nada y sintiendo pena por mi misma- que no es lo que acostumbro.
Pobre Jimmy que hace frente a todo esto.Me prepara muchas tazas de te todo el dia- toda clase de hierbas esperando que me mejoren la garganta.
Hasta prepara algunas de las comidas como estos snacks listos sobre la mesa de la cocina.
Dios no solo me dio un marido maravilloso, me dio un ANGEL.

My little Christmas Tree is done -just a branch of "Christmas Bush" from the garden.

Some of the gifts wrap up, more Christmas cards arriving  and a general good Christmas feeling in my home which brings me to remember each one of my friends.

Many thanks for been always very kind and supportive. You are all the "extension" of my family and

you are all in my heart.

For the dinner table I made this patchwork quilt. It took me a few weeks with the interruptions.

I love this  feeling of the Christmas preparations, is the best time of the year!

My japanese visitors, star cushion, patchwork mini bag,square folded bag, origami flower, Christmas runner

I've been missing my blogging world! but we were so busy these last 2 weeks with our friends Chizuko and Yutaka.
Days of fun visiting places and some times at home. Every minute with them was a happy one.
Now is all so quite without them, I miss them very much!
I did remember all my crafty friends and their blogs, but no time for blogging.
Now that they left I have to show you a few things.
Chizuko brought me all this lovely things you see on my dining table: lots of wool-the ones from Japan are gorgeous!, pretty bags-some made by her, patchwork tool beauties, ornaments, stockings, CDs etc. she is always so generous!

Estuve extrañando mi mundo bloggeril! pero estuvimos tan ocupados estas 2 ultimas semanas con nuestros amigos Chizuko y Yutaka.
Dias divertidos visitando lugares y algunas veces en casa. Cada minuto con ellos era de felicidad.
Ahora es todo tan silencioso sin ellos, Los extraño mucho!
Recordaba a mis laboriosas amigas y sus blogs, pero no0 habia tiempo para bloguear.
Ahora que se fueron tengo que mostrartos agunas cositas.
Chizuko me trajo todas estas cosas preciosas que ven sobre mi mesa de comedor: monton de lanas-las de Japon son maravillosas!,hermosos bolsos-algunos echos por ella, preciosidades de herramientas para patchwork, adornos, medias, CDs ella es tan generosa!

Fair Isle Cardigan and Halloween

Yesterday was Halloween. Everywhere was decorated for the occasion.

The New Outtlook where I teach sewing and knitting was very colourful....

Half way those packets of lollies finished so  they had to pick the lollies direct from a try.

We couldn't guess they were coming near 70 kids. 

We all had a good time!
